The full service package is meant to take away ALL the stress and time it takes to plan a wedding. This package takes your vision and dream, and our knowledge to execute a flawless wedding. This package can offer as much or as little assistance in planning your wedding and you are always the final decision makers. Below is a list of the services included in a full service planning package. If there are items in addition to these you would like, let us know and they will be included in your contract.
Partial Planning
Partial planning offers many of the same features as Full-Service planning, with a little less hand-holding.
Getting Started
For couples who are newly engaged and don’t know where to start. We help you by recommending vendors who will match your style and budget. The “Getting Started” package is perfect for the couple that wants to plan their wedding but doesn’t want to spend time calling or emailing countless vendors.
(Later, couples can add the “Day-of-Perfection” service which provides an event planner who will tie up all loose ends.)
Day-of-Coordination
Day-of wedding planning is for couples who want a planner to oversee all of the details during the final month. We review all specifics of your contracts, work with you to create your comprehensive timeline, and confirm the final details with your vendors the week prior to the wedding.
Month-of wedding planning does not provide vendor referrals.
Destination Weddings
Destination wedding services are for any wedding or event located outside of Arizona or Northern California and can take place all over the world. Destination planning is similar to full service planning and we assist you with every single aspect in the planning process including being the main point of contact for all of your vendors local or in the destination.
